How Help Works
Help has Articles, Videos and Diagrams to show you how to do a Task. All the content is organized by Topic (listed in the right-hand column). So, you can go to that Topic and see all the content that pertains to the subject matter. You can also search Help using the Search feature. Content in videos is more difficult to find by search. So, browsing by the Topic can be more effective. If you can't find it and you're starting to get frustrated, stop. Call us or create a Help Case.

When you access Help from your Honeycomb account it recognizes your account. Some additional links will show up. These links are specific to your account. They're quite secure and can only be accessed from your account. They provide a place to document your settings and procedures unique to your account.
When you see the screen shot at right with a Play button, it links to a video. The video is a movie that we take while walking through how to perform a Task. You can pause the movie as you walk through the steps to accomplish that task. It's great for visual learners.
This blog has many Articles that are written about a how to perform a Task or reveal how things work. The Articles work like pages and are organized under Topics. Note that an Article can be found under more than one Topic. So, you may have seen it more than once.
Easy, Moderate, Difficult
We have labeled content to help you find things at the appropriate level for your experience and skills. You can identify an article's Difficulty level at the bottom. Content may be labeled Easy for things everyone can understand and use immediately. Almost all the Training content is Easy. Moderate content requires some experience in Honeycomb or similar systems to fully utilize it. And Difficult content requires some technical skills or more extensive experience with Honeycomb.
